WHO WE ARE

About Us

HAGGERTY is a Northern California general contractor headquartered in Stockton, CA, with over 15 years of experience building, restoring, and maintaining commercial and industrial properties across the Central Valley, Bay Area, and beyond. Founded on the belief that every project deserves the same level of care — whether it’s a ground-up tilt-up warehouse, an auto dealership renovation, or a tenant improvement for a growing business — HAGGERTY guides clients from early planning through final turnover. That same standard carries over to RHINO Restores, our residential and commercial restoration division, bringing HAGGERTY’s craftsmanship and accountability to homeowners and businesses recovering from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Building on that commitment, the recent acquisitions of TMW and Miller Pacific have expanded HAGGERTY’s expertise, resources, and reach across Northern California.
