This project consisted of a tenant improvement to three separate units of a large warehouse building (Holly A, Holly B and Holly North TI). Building A and B consisted of a tenant improvement of an existing shell building to include office, toilet roos and coffee bar. Holly North included construction of a 2,578 SF tenant improvement office area in an existing shell to include office, restrooms and coffee bar as well as construction of new full-height non bearing tenant demising walls to diviide existing warehouse building into (2) tenant spaces. We had a few hurdles to jump through due to flooding issues at the site followingan intense rain storm.
