Quarter 4 Highlights at Haggerty

Company Updates

Quarter 4 marked a powerful close to 2025 at Haggerty Construction. From high-impact commercial builds and restoration work to employee recognition, community involvement, and the introduction of a bold new company symbol, this quarter reflected our commitment to excellence in every area of our business.

As we wrapped up the year, one thing was clear: growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through intentional action, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Here’s a look at what made Quarter 4 such a strong finish.

Safety Focus: Choosing to Be Intentional

This quarter’s safety message centered around a simple but powerful theme: intentionality.

Avoiding complacency means showing up with purpose—whether in the field, in the office, or behind the scenes. Being intentional means:

  • Taking a moment to evaluate risk before starting a task

  • Following procedures even when tasks feel routine

  • Speaking up when something doesn’t look right

  • Owning decisions that impact the team

Safety is never automatic. It is deliberate. Every role contributes to maintaining a culture where protection and accountability come first.

We also celebrated several team members recognized for safe driving performance throughout October, November, and December—thank you for representing Haggerty well both on and off the jobsite.

Employee Recognition: Celebrating Dedication and Growth

Quarter 4 was full of well-deserved recognition.

Employees of the Quarter

Fidel Perez Alaniz was recognized for his strong attention to detail, commitment to PPE compliance, and positive attitude in the field. His dedication to safety and quality reflects our core values in action.

Jazmyn Claudio was also honored for her professionalism, organization, and willingness to learn. Her positive presence and adaptability—especially in her evolving role as Executive Assistant—have made a meaningful impact on the team.
