Quarter 3 Highlights at Haggerty: Building Strong Teams, Safer Jobsites and Lasting Partnerships

Company Updates

As we close out the third quarter of 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a season defined by progress, teamwork, and purpose. Quarter 3 was a strong reminder of what drives Haggerty forward: our people, our values, and our commitment to delivering quality work safely and responsibly.

From major commercial and restoration projects to employee recognition, training milestones, and community involvement, Q3 showcased the depth of our teams and the strength of the culture we continue to build together.

Below is a look at some of the highlights that made this quarter a success.

Living Our Core Values Every Day

Haggerty’s values-driven approach continue to guide everything we do. We focus on building lasting relationships, maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, investing in our team, embracing creativity and innovation, doing the right thing, and operating with a strong sense of urgency.

These values aren’t just words on paper—they show up daily in how our teams collaborate, solve problems, and deliver results for our clients and communities.

Safety Remains Our Foundation

Safety continues to be at the heart of Haggerty’s operations. This quarter reinforced that safety is not just a policy, but a shared responsibility across every role and every jobsite.

Our leadership team remains deeply involved in guiding safety efforts as we continue evolving and strengthening our program. While we work toward welcoming new leadership into our safety department, we’re reminded that each team member plays a critical role in keeping one another safe. Open communication, awareness, and accountability remain essential to our success.

Recognizing Excellence: Employee of the Quarter

Quarter 3 gave us the opportunity to recognize team members who consistently go above and beyond.

Ray Tira was named Employee of the Quarter for his exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to take on added responsibilities while maintaining excellence in his role. Ray’s impact across accounting, technology support, and fleet management has been felt company-wide.

Homero Lopez Perez was also honored for his strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude. Since joining Haggerty, Homero has quickly become a trusted and valued team member in the field, known for his versatility and commitment to getting the job done right.

We also want to recognize all Q3 nominees and runner-ups. Your contributions matter, and your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Advise Projects: Laying the Groundwork for Success

Our Pre-Construction team made significant progress this quarter, guiding Burger King remodel projects in Marysville and Oroville through early negotiation and pre-construction planning.

These projects required careful coordination to align design intent, construction feasibility, and financial goals—all while maintaining minimal operational downtime. The scope includes full interior tenant improvements and a complete exterior architectural refresh to support Burger King’s updated branding. These efforts represent the start of a trusted partnership and set the stage for long-term collaboration.

Commercial Construction Highlights

Quarter 3 also saw continued momentum in our commercial construction work.

At 400 E. Main Street, multiple tenant improvement and restoration projects were completed across several floors. These included water damage repairs, reconfiguration of office spaces, design-build projects for public service organizations, and upgrades that enhance long-term functionality and tenant readiness.

Additionally, Haggerty completed Burger King remodels in Fresno and Merced, marking the first locations to feature Burger King’s new Sizzle Design. These projects allowed our team to expand in-house capabilities, including the successful installation of Nichiha architectural siding—a valuable learning experience that prepares us for future projects with this client.

Restoration Projects That Made an Impact

Our Restoration team supported homeowners through challenging situations this quarter, delivering thoughtful solutions and clear communication.

Fire and water loss projects required extensive repairs, coordination with insurance and mortgage companies, and careful attention to detail. In each case, our team worked closely with clients to restore not just their homes, but their peace of mind—resulting in positive outcomes and lasting trust.

Maintain Division Milestones

Quarter 3 marked an exciting milestone for our Building Facilities Maintenance team with the signing of our first Preventative Maintenance contract. This achievement reflects years of planning, team development, and investment in systems that allow us to provide recurring, value-driven services.

The Maintain team also completed multiple tenant improvements and infrastructure projects for long-standing clients, reinforcing strong relationships built on reliability and quality work.

Training, Teamwork, and Growth

Growth—both personal and professional—comes from doing the hard things and embracing challenges head-on. This mindset continues to shape how we approach our work, our goals, and our future.
