GK Truck Yard & Repair

HAGGERTY constructed a new metal building for GK Truck Yard & Repair on an existing developed site in Tracy, California. The facility was designed to support truck parking and minor maintenance operations while also providing dedicated office and employee support spaces.

The completed building included maintenance bays, an office, restroom facilities, and a breakroom. The project incorporated new foundations and structural framing, exterior wall and roof systems, interior construction, and fully coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.

Construction also included site electrical work, lighting and power distribution, plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, Title 24 energy-compliance measures, doors, windows, and supporting architectural finishes. The project required coordination with PG&E for permanent building power and electrical energization.
