HAGGERTY delivered the site development and ground-up construction of a 3.74-acre industrial project, consisting of multiple tilt-up concrete warehouse buildings designed for flexible industrial and operational use.

The project included construction of a 50,000+ square foot warehouse campus, featuring a two-story office component, enclosed storage buildings, and a warehouse kitchen, supporting a mix of administrative and operational functions.

Scope began with full site demolition and clearing, including removal of existing structures, utilities, and site obstructions. HAGGERTY then executed complete site development, including grading, building pad preparation, and installation of underground utilities for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.

Vertical construction included tilt-up concrete wall panels, structural steel framing, and roof systems, along with exterior building envelope components such as masonry veneer, insulation, weather barriers, and glazing systems. The buildings were designed and constructed for durability, efficiency, and long-term industrial performance.

Interior buildout included office spaces, restrooms, storage areas, and operational support spaces, with full integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Finishes included drywall, flooring systems, acoustic ceilings, casework, and painting, delivering complete, tenant-ready environments.

Site improvements included paving, curbs and sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, bioretention systems, and traffic control measures, along with parking areas and circulation designed to support industrial use.

This project demonstrates HAGGERTY’s ability to deliver large-scale industrial developments from sitework through vertical construction, providing owners with efficient, flexible facilities that support long-term operational performance and asset value.
