HAGGERTY delivered a fast-tracked tenant improvement across multiple floors of an occupied Class A building, completing 45,000 square feet of demolition and new construction under a compressed timeline and defined budget.

Brought in to design-assist from early project stages, HAGGERTY worked closely with design consultants and core trade partners to accelerate the permitting process with the local AHJ and manage procurement of high-lead and specialty items. Consistent communication and structured meeting rhythms kept all parties aligned and the project on schedule.
