HAGGERTY completed a comprehensive industrial tenant improvement within the Tidewater Building at Stockton Airport Logistics Center in French Camp, California.

The project incorporated warehouse and office improvements along with coordinated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, accessibility, and site-related construction.

Architectural plans included office layouts, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, door and finish schedules, roof modifications, and supporting tenant-ready improvements. Structural work included foundation modifications, roof framing, tilt-up panel coordination, structural steel, site walls, and supporting construction details.

The project also included accessibility upgrades, fire-access coordination, site improvements, interior partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, and the integration of building systems required to prepare the facility for tenant operations.
