Ground-Up Construction & Facility Expansion | Dublin, CA

HAGGERTY delivered the ground-up construction and site development of a new dealership facility for Dublin Nissan, expanding and modernizing the campus to support showroom, service, and administrative operations.

The project began with site preparation and underground utility installation, including sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage, and electrical infrastructure. HAGGERTY then executed foundation and structural construction, followed by installation of the building envelope, including exterior walls, roofing systems, and storefront elements.

The facility includes showroom, parts, service, and administrative spaces, requiring full integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Interior scope included framing, drywall, finishes, flooring, and installation of doors, fixtures, and equipment, delivering a complete, operational-ready environment.

Site improvements included concrete flatwork, curbs and sidewalks, asphalt paving, landscape and irrigation systems, and final striping and signage, ensuring seamless integration with existing dealership operations.

This project highlights HAGGERTY’s ability to deliver complex, ground-up commercial facilities within active dealership environments, supporting operational continuity while positioning the asset for long-term performance and customer experience.
