Fairfield Commerce Center

HAGGERTY completed coordinated industrial tenant improvements across three separate buildings within Fairfield Commerce Center in Fairfield, California. The project incorporated architectural improvements, restroom construction, building-system modifications, and interior finishes throughout Buildings 1, 2, and 3.

The multi-building scope included façade-related improvements, new interior and furred wall construction, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, painting, flooring, and suspended acoustical ceiling systems. Restroom improvements included associated fixtures, accessories, finishes, and supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

HAGGERTY coordinated design-build mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems across the development. Each building required careful sequencing between trades to maintain consistent construction standards and complete the tenant-improvement work efficiently.

The project demonstrates HAGGERTY’s ability to manage multi-building industrial improvements while maintaining uniform quality, trade coordination, and project controls across a larger commercial development.
