Site Development & Utility Infrastructure | Dublin, CA

HAGGERTY completed full site development and infrastructure construction for a new car wash facility at the Dublin Nissan dealership, delivering a turnkey site ready for specialized equipment installation and operations.

The scope included comprehensive grading and earthwork, establishing building pads, drive aisles, and equipment areas with engineered fill, compaction, and moisture conditioning to meet geotechnical and performance requirements. The team installed concrete flatwork and site improvements, including curbs and gutters, ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps, equipment pads, bollards, and vacuum station foundations.

A significant portion of the work involved complex underground utility systems to support car wash operations. This included installation of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic water, and process piping, along with clarifier tanks, underground water storage, grease and sand interceptors, and recirculation lines. HAGGERTY also completed stormwater management systems, including bioretention areas, drain inlets, and permeable drainage components to meet environmental and regulatory standards.

Additional scope included site electrical infrastructure, such as lighting, poles, and power distribution, as well as coordination for transformer installation and utility connections. The project was completed with asphalt paving, erosion control, and final site stabilization, ensuring a durable and operationally efficient finished site.
