HAGGERTY completed a large-scale warehouse insulation improvement at an industrial facility in Lathrop, California. The work covered approximately 272,900 square feet and focused on improving the thermal performance and finished appearance of the warehouse roof deck and exterior concrete tilt-up walls.

The project began with removal of the existing scrim material at designated roof-deck locations. HAGGERTY then installed R-30 unfaced batt insulation with a white scrim finish along the underside of the roof deck, creating a consistent, clean interior appearance throughout the warehouse.

Along the building perimeter, R-19 faced batt insulation was installed from approximately 10 feet above finished floor to the underside of the roof deck. Exposed lower insulation edges were finished with 22-gauge galvanized angle trim to provide a durable and uniform termination.

At the roll-up doors, insulation was carefully positioned and terminated to maintain the clearance required for proper door operation. Upon completion of the installation, the warehouse floor received a complete scrub and final cleaning.

This project demonstrates HAGGERTY’s ability to manage large-scale industrial building improvements involving elevated access, extensive material handling, quality control, and coordination around active building components.
