Haggerty Construction completed a multi-phase tenant improvement of an existing 2-story facility totaling 14,806 sq ft. The project included 30 living units, one office, and a laundry room, with phased construction sequenced around tenant relocation to keep disruption to a minimum.

Unit interiors were fully renovated with new restrooms, kitchenettes, flooring, paint, and updated electrical. Facility-wide electrical service was also upgraded to meet current code. New metal stairs and railings were installed, improving both safety and aesthetics throughout the property.

Accessibility was a central focus of the exterior work, with new ADA-compliant units, walkways, and ramping added throughout the site, along with comprehensive landscaping improvements.

A notable discovery during construction was an abandoned below-grade pool, which required full decommissioning before site work could be completed — a challenge Haggerty managed seamlessly within the project scope.
